Le Moyne College Hosts Talk on Martin Luther King Jr.
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (For Immediate Release) … Le Moyne College will host a talk by the Rev. Kevin J. Agee, “Everything in Decency and Order: Celebrating the Life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,” on Thursday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m. in the Panasci Family Chapel. In addition to the talk, the Syracuse Chapter of the Gospel Music Workshop of America, under the direction of Dr. Joan Hillsman, will perform. Kevin J. Agee serves as pastor of Hopps Memorial CME Church and co-president of the Alliance of Communities Transforming Syracuse (ACTS). ACTS is an inter-faith, multi-racial, urban-suburban coalition of faith communities and community organizations that seek to address the social, economic, educational and political concerns of area communities.
