Le Moyne College offers a centralized system of event management to better assist meeting and event sponsors in planning and implementing their activities. By reserving space, scheduling services, and providing event consultation, the Office of Event Management can help individuals and organizations produce quality events.
How to Reserve Space and Request Services
- Check room availability to review what other events are happening on campus on the day of and during the week of your event.
- Submit an Online Request Form detailing your desired date, time, and service needs (be sure to include as many details as possible.
- Your request will take 2-4 school days to process. You will either receive confirmation or an e-mail outlining your alternatives due to previously booked/requested events. Processing delays can be expected during holidays, school closings, and especially busy times of the year (such as during the first few weeks of each semester and during campus wide events).

Technology Support Services - (formerly Classroom Services) provides audio visual technology for classrooms and events
