Le Moyne College Hosts Traveling Poster Exhibit

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (For Immediate Release) … In celebration of Focus the Nation week at Le Moyne College, the Syracuse Cultural Workers’ traveling exhibit “For Love of the World” will be on display in the Curtin Special Events Room, Campus Center. The exhibit may be seen on Thursday, March 19, from 4 – 7 p.m.

This exhibit of 30 dynamic posters addresses a range of green themes with titles such as “Earth Friendly Agriculture,” “Live Simply So Others Can Simply Live,” “How to Go Organic,” “White House Vegetable Garden” and “How to End Global Warming.” It includes a remarkable set of four posters, published in 1984, addressing alternative energy: water power, wind power, geothermal power and solar energy.

This event is free and open to the public.
