Information for Administrators

Pay Schedule
- Administrators are paid semimonthly. Pay dates are the 15th and the 30th of the month. If the 15th or 30th fall on a holiday or weekend the pay date is the previous business day. Administrators whose contract is less than 12 months can elect to be paid over twelve months. Please contact the payroll office.
Check Distribution
- Paychecks may be picked up in the payroll office - Grewen Hall (GH209F) on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm.
Direct Deposit
- Direct deposit advices are distributed electronically. Sign into ECHO your pay advice will be found as follows: Administrative Systems Links>My Information>My Paystub>Select Date to view and/or print.
