Campus Dining Services

Dining services’ main goal is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience for students, faculty and staff. Special dietary requirements are always accomdated. Box lunches and dinners are also available for school sponsored trips or for those students who may miss meals due to regular employment.

The LaCasse Dining Center feeds our students seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. Meal plan options are available for resident and nonresident students.

Located at James Commons, the Dolphin Den serves a variety of soups, salads, deli sandwiches, pizza and grilled items. It is open Sunday through Friday as well as some weekends for special events and functions.

Kaffe Nuvo, on the first floor of Grewen Hall, serves sandwiches, pastries, salads and light snacks, as well as coffee and beverages.
