Documentation for Students with Disabilities

The provision of all reasonable accommodations and services is based upon assessment of the current impact of the student's disability on his or her academic performance. It is in the student's best interest to provide recent and appropriate documentation relevant to the student's learning environment.

All accommodations are determined on a case-by-case basis to address the specific needs of each student as indicated in the documentation. Please call (315) 445-4118 with any questions or to set up an appointment with DSS staff.
