Human resource management is one of the fastest growing areas of employment in the U.S. economy. For virtually any organization - from a small non-profit to a multinational corporation – effectively recruiting and managing a work force is vital to its long-term growth and success.
While many human resource professionals have excellent educational backgrounds in various fields, often they lack the formal education in HR-specific disciplines. The Certificate in Human Resource Management is designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals working in the HR field, as well as professionals in supervisory roles.
Even those not in traditional human resources positions – but instead in more managerial roles – will benefit from skills related to managing others and organizational dynamics.
