Tae Kwon Do Club

Tae Kwon Do increases physical fitness, gets you in shape, teaches self defense, provides instruction in a martial art and promotion through the belt ranks. Through group and individualized instruction, participants learn at their own pace. The program is designed for you to come to class when you can allowing you to pick up where you left off in instruction.
