Dropping a Course

If you drop a course or withdraw from the program, it is not sufficient to merely stop attending classes or to notify the professor. If you registered via the web, you may drop via the web through 9/14/09. If dropping after 9/14/09, a drop form would need to be filled out and processed through the MBA Office. If you are a new student and registered in the MBA office, you must sign a written drop form in the office.

Withdrawal and Leave of Absence forms are available in the MBA office and on the MBA website.

I.D. Cards

Your bar-coded MBA picture I.D. card lets you into the Athletic Center without charge and allows you to check out books from the Le Moyne library. I.D.'s can be obtained in the Student Development Office above the Dining Center between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday through Friday. For your convenience they have extended hours every Thursday evening until 5:30 p.m. If you have any questions about your ID card, call the Student Development Office at 445-4525.

Parking

NEW PARKING PERMIT INFORMATION

All students are required to obtain a parking sticker for the fall semester. Parking stickers are issued to MBA students in the MBA Office.

PLEASE NOTE: Vehicle license plate number and Le Moyne College ID Card are required in order to issue a parking sticker. NO stickers can be issued without these two items.

Vehicle Registration Forms are available in the MBA Office or online  below.

As an MBA student, you must register your car in the MBA office and obtain a parking permit. Be prepared to know your car license plate number when completing the vehicle registration form. The office will issue commuter stickers which means that you may park in either lot A (near the Athletic Center) or lot C (near the Library). After 5 p.m. and all day on Saturdays, MBA students with current parking stickers may park directly behind Grewen Hall (lot B). However, no parking is allowed in the reserved or handicapped spaces at any time. If cars are parked in unauthorized areas, they will be towed away at the owner’s expense. Parking stickers issued in the fall semester are valid for the spring semester.
