Identification Cards
All students will be issued an ID ("Dolphin Card") through the Student Development Office. All students must carry their ID cards with them at all times and present them to College personnel upon request. Loss of an ID card should be reported to the Student Development Office. There is a $10 replacement fee. Students found responsible for any fraudulent use of a College ID card will be subject to disciplinary action and fined.
Temporary Cards
From time to time a student may misplace his or her ID card. In such cases, temporary cards are available from the Student Development office between 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The Security office will issue temporary cards after hours and on the weekends. Temporary cards are just that, temporary. They are only issued for one or two days. If the student's most recent card can not be found after that time a new card will be issued at a cost of $10.
Lockers
Lockers are available in Reilly Hall. Students are expected to supply their own locks. In the event of a fire, the College may find it necessary to break a lock. Students must empty their lockers and remove the locks at the conclusion of each academic year.
Rev. N. James Polney Social and Recreational Loan Fund
The Rev. N. James Polney, a retired United Methodist minister, established this loan fund in 1961 for the exclusive use of Le Moyne students who find themselves temporarily short of spending money for social and recreational purposes. The fund is administered by the Vice President for Student Development. In order to perpetuate the fund, a service charge is levied on all borrowers. The rules established for the use of this fund are available in the Student Development Office.
