Le Moyne College uses a decentralized system of scheduling where meeting and event sponsors are responsible for the planning and implementation of their activity. Support services are offered by:

Event and meeting sponsors should be prepared to provide detailed information before an activity is confirmed as scheduled. The recommended procedure is as follows:
- Confirm room availabilty with room scheduler
- Check the College calendar for other events scheduled
- Provide details via the request form including
- Day/Date/Time
- Sponsor contact information
- Requests of service providers
Once all information is provided, simple meeting or event requests will be changed from tentative to scheduled status and you will receive confirmation. Complex or large events will be considered by the Event Scheduling and Coordination Team prior to confirmation.
In an effort to streamline the process for you, many of the room schedulers are accepting meeting and event requests electronically. This table provides a list of the most commonly used meeting and event spaces, along with contact information for the room scheduler.
