"Graduating with degrees in both Spanish and peace and global studies has prepared me well for a global career track. During my first year at Le Moyne I knew that I wanted to pursue the Spanish language in some capacity, but it was not until I spent a semester studying in Spain that I realized the true worth of a second language.
Currently, as program coordinator for Creighton University’s Institute for Latin American Concern (ILAC), Spanish plays an integral role in my job. I live and work in the Dominican Republic, coordinating and facilitating medical missions and service immersion experiences that aid the rural poor.
I would not be in this rewarding position if it were not for the hard-working, dedicated and inspirational Spanish professors at Le Moyne."
