Transcripts. 
A written request and student's signature are required for the release of a transcript. Click here to download a transcript request form. Official transcripts are issued at a cost of $5.00 (cash/check/money order) per copy and are sent out 24-48 hours after receipt of the request; the first copy ever requested is free of charge.  Unofficial transcripts are free of charge and can be faxed.  E-mail requests are not acceptable. By law we need your signature to send out your transcript. Send your request to:

Enrollment Verifications.  Current students needing proof of enrollment for insurance coverage, loan deferment, for scholarship purposes, etc. can drop off a request, mail it, or fax the request to the Registrar's Office.  Enrollment verifications are usually processed within 24-48 hours and are free of charge.

When the Registrar's Office is not open you may also use the National Student Clearinghouse.  Please be aware that there is a nominal fee when using the Clearinghouse for enrollment verifications.

Transfer Credit.  Courses taken for college credit at an accredited college or university, Advanced Placement credit (AP Guidelines), International Baccalaureate credit, SUPA credit, and CLEP credit (CLEP Guidelines).  Official transcripts should be sent to the Registrar's Office; where credits will be applied to the student's program.  A grade of "C-" must be attained for the course to transfer.  Current students must also receive permission to take courses elsewhere prior to taking the course (Approval for Core Courses Form or Approval for Major Courses Form).  Please be aware, the course will transfer, but the grade will not affect your GPA.
