Le Moyne College Hosts Native American Outreach Day for High School Students

<p>SYRACUSE, N.Y. (For Immediate Release) … Le Moyne College will host a Native American outreach day for high school students on Wednesday, April 30.<br /> <br /> A Le Moyne College van will pick up students at Corcoran and Fowler high schools at 8:30 a.m. for a day of events at the college, including a screening of the award-winning documentary, “The Canary Effect,” by Robin Davey and Yellow Thunder Woman. Students will also be able to meet with representatives from the offices of admissions, financial aid and multicultural programs to learn about opportunities available at <br /> Le Moyne.<br /> <br /> The event is sponsored by the education department and the vice president for campus activities and multicultural programs at Le Moyne and the Center for Urban Education.
