Le Moyne College Hosts Talk on the Role of the Laity Since Vatican II

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (For Immediate Release) … Le Moyne College will host a talk by Aurelie A. Hagstrom, S.T.D., associate professor of theology at Providence College, on Thursday, April 2, at 7:30 p.m. in Grewen Auditorium. The title of her talk is “From ‘Pay, Pray, and Obey’ to Lay Ecclesial Ministry: the Role of the Laity since Vatican II.”

Dr. Hagstrom earned her doctorate at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (Rome, Italy). She has participated in a variety of Church commissions on the laity and has published extensively on the subject.
