Le Moyne College Hosts Panel Discussion on Current Situation in Haiti

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (For Immediate Release) … Le Moyne College will host a panel discussion on the current situation in Haiti following that country’s devastating earthquake in January of 2010. The event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 7, at 7 p.m. in Grewen Auditorium and is free and open to the public. Panelists include retired pediatrician Dr. James Cirincione and Robert Hood from St. James Church in Cazenovia, both of whom have volunteered in Haiti.

The event is sponsored by the Center for Peace and Global Studies and the Sanzone Center for Catholic Studies and Theological Reflection at Le Moyne, in conjunction with Catholic Charities of Onondaga County.
