Dr. Bobesky has a Ph.D. in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University, M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego and B.A. in Psychology from Le Moyne College. She is the Co-President of the Central Chapter of the New York Mental Health Counselors Association and the Assistant Director of the ODESA Ukrainian Dance Ensemble.
