Dr. Ceceilia Parnther develops and implements qualitatively dominant research designs to explore equity and integrity in leadership and practice. Dr. Parnther’s career path as a scholar-practitioner includes serving in leadership and teaching roles in higher education administration for 15 years. Her co-edited book, Voices from Women Leaders in Higher Education: Pipelines, Pathways, and Promotion” (2022), offers insights from researchers and executive leaders in higher education that explore, describe, and reimagine the leadership trajectory. She is editor-in-chief of Academic Integrity and Referencing for SAGE Student Success. Recent publications include articles in the Journal of Mentoring and Coaching in Higher Education, The Journal of College and Character, and Innovative Higher Education.
