Peace Action Le Moyne Student Group Recognized by State Organization

Peace Action New York State has awarded Peace Action Le Moyne (PALM) with the Don Schaffer Peacemaker Award. PALM is a nonpartisan Le Moyne student group dedicated to empowering student to become advocates for peace and justice.

According to Peace Action, “For the 2021-2022 school year, they have done exceptional work engaging with and serving the Syracuse community, including volunteering with We Rise Above the Streets, canvassing with the Back From the Brink campaign, and working closely with the Syracuse Peace Council.”
