The MBA program allows ultimate flexibility while maintaining the absolute highest quality of instruction. We believe in the power of on-campus networking. However, today's leaders need to be flexible.

Most of our MBA students work full time with studying in the program. In our MBA, students can attend class on campus, tune in virtually live or, for select classes, watch recorded sessions post class-time. This format allows you to manage your other work and life commitments alongside your studies.

The Madden College of Business & Economics is rooted in the belief that pursuing an MBA is a life-changing experience. The program is supported by the Jesuit ideal of Cura Personalis (care of the whole person), so you will feel supported every step of the way.

There are a number of interesting and exciting opportunities made available through Le Moyne’s extensive relationships in the business and academic world. See the places our students have jobs and internships below.

Meet Some Students & Graduates

Today’s business world is global. Many MBA students will, at some point, do business internationally either through an international assignment or working with international customers. The Madden MBA offers optional opportunities for short-term courses, normally one week in length, that are held in overseas locations where students gain exposure to both international businesses and cultures.

This includes a capstone course option where students can travel to Barcelona where they will study at the ESADE Business School, a member of the Jesuit network. In addition to studying with the #3 school of business in Europe, students will be immersed in a new culture and retrace the steps of St. Ignatius of Loyola, founder of Jesuit education - all in a timeline designed for working professionals.

The Madden MBA faculty combines the richness of academic achievement and research with the depth of real-world business experience. Members of our faculty are world renowned authors and lecturers while others bring a lifetime of corporate senior management and consulting experience to the classroom. As we develop global leaders, our faculty is not only diverse in nationality but also deep in international business experience with career histories that span the globe. The Madden MBA faculty is carefully chosen to impart the knowledge and skills needed to thrive in today’s business world.
