Why an MBA in Analytics?

The MBA Analytics Program gives students the technical competencies needed for complex business analysis, and the tools to empower their industries with data-driven decisions. US News and World Report recently ranked our Analytics program #31 in the country (#2 in New York State) for its outstanding outcomes in student success. MBA Analytics students benefit from our cutting edge technologies including the BNY Mellon Innovation Lab and financial technology used on Wall Street in the Errico Family Trading Center. Today’s business leaders need to understand and utilize analytics to ensure they have data-driven insights for effective strategic planning, informed decision making, and to solve increasingly complex business problems. Core learning outcomes of the MBA Analytics Program revolve around analytical effectiveness, ethical awareness and reflection, development of a global perspective, and effective communication.
