Great leaders are self-aware. They observe the world around them carefully. They remain flexible in the face of forces beyond their control. At the Savage-McGill Center for Reflective Leadership, these are precisely the kinds of leaders we seek to nurture. Rooted in nearly 500 years of Jesuit tradition, the Center has cultivated a dynamic array of programs, initiatives, and educational opportunities designed to nurture a generation of leaders who are as committed to people and planet as they are to profits. Put simply, we believe that doing well begins with doing good.

The Global Jesuit Case Series

Video

The Global Jesuit Case Series is a partnership with 180+ Jesuit colleges and universities worldwide whose goal is to produce and disseminate business and social policy cases that embody the values of social justice, human dignity, moral leadership, and sustainability while concurrently fostering organizational innovation and profitability.

Driving Transformation in Jesuit Business Education

Under the sponsorship of the International Association of Jesuit Universities, a task force representing the six regions of the world convened in 2019 to develop “The Inspirational Paradigm for Jesuit Business Education” - a framework that addresses the challenges of business in today's world and builds opportunities for positive change through education.

In conjunction, a challenge grant program has propelled educators into action by encouraging them to develop teaching resources that support the initiative, such as cases, video, podcasts, simulations, teaching notes, etc. All materials are available to faculty at no cost through IgnitEd.
