Jennifer Kirchoff is the Professor of Practice and Coordinator of Clinical Experiences in the Department of Education at Le Moyne College, where she teaches graduate and undergraduate courses, coordinates clinical experiences and student-teaching placements, and builds partnerships within the greater Central New York educational community.

Jennifer’s research interests include Young Adult Literature, Gamification, Project-Based and Interdisciplinary Learning, curriculum development, Harvey Silver’s The Thoughtful Classroom, and innovative technology immersion in the classroom. Related to these interests, Jennifer has presented her research at annual conferences for such organizations as:The New York State English Council, The National Council for Teachers of English, and the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, among numerous others, every year since 1997. Prior to teaching at Le Moyne, Jennifer was a high school English teacher for over thirty years. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1988, a Master of Science degree in Education from the College of Saint Rose in 1990, and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Educational Leadership from the State University of New York at Oswego in 2016.
