From its beginning in 1965, the Art Gallery has been affiliated with the College's Library. In 1981, the Art Gallery was moved to the new Library facility and named the Wilson Art Gallery in honor of Mr. Jerome Wilson, who was chief of the fund raising campaign for the new Library.
Administered by the College's Wilson Art Gallery Committee, it serves both the Le Moyne College and local communities. Prospective exhibitors may submit portfolios consisting of vitae, list of previous exhibits, slides or photographs of their works, reviews, etc. The committee juries the works on the basis of merit and need for varieties of media. It schedules exhibits six to 18 months in advance
Visit the Wilson Art Gallery at Le Moyne College during the Fall and Spring semesters whenever the Library is open. The Gallery hosts six shows during the season.
