Life After Le Moyne: Earning a master's degree in chemical engineering at Syracuse University

In the Long Run: "My ultimate career goal is to work in industry.I am particularly interested in the field of cosmetics."

How Le Moyne Prepared Me: "Le Moyne's dual-degree program with Syracuse University allowed me to take important engineering classes at S.U. while taking all of my major chemistry classes here at Le Moyne. It helped me prepare for the rigorous courses that I will be taking in the master's degree program. There are several professors who helped me throughout the years. Dr. Joe Mullins and Dr. Anna O'Brien of the chemistry department advised me and helped plan a course of action."

On Changing: "Le Moyne has allowed me to grow as a person and really change my perspective of the world. I am not the same person who walked onto this campus four years ago. Le Moyne has opened my eyes and allowed me to flourish."

What I'll Miss: "I will miss the community here at Le Moyne. The College has been my second home for four years and there is no place I would rather be. I will forever be a Dolphin."

Extracurricular Activities: President of Le Moyne College Dance Team; technical coordinator for Le Moyne Student Dance Company; member of Le Moyne Chemistry Club; tutor for chemistry and math in the Academic Support Center; head organic chemistry workshop leader.

What I'd Tell a Future 'Phin: "Enjoy the time you have here; it is shorter than you think. Make bonds with those around you and make yourself part of this community. Before you realize it, you are walking across that stage at commencement."
