Humans of Le Moyne: Jacqueline Rutter

Jacqueline Rutter has been busy. A marketing major with a minor in economics, she is taking every opportunity and exploring her intended industry with vigor. From internships to club memberships, she is pursuing interests and making connections with people who will foster the expansion of her professional repertoire. ⁣

In sharing her experiences, it is clear Jacqueline has used her time here on the Heights to nurture her professional connections and internalize all that her classroom and campus experiences offer.⁣

The future is bright for Jacqueline, and she is open to the possibilities that lie ahead. “I'd love to get more experience in Digital Marketing and hope to move to Boston to work for some bigger firms and experience the beautiful city. I'm not opposed to any certain field, however. I'm open to whatever comes my way!” We know there will be many options for Jacqueline, as she continues to harness her energy, commitment to ideas, and intentionality to create and implement change for herself, the career she is building, and the community in which she belongs. ⁣ ⁣

Her advice for fellow Phins? “Don't let the fear of failing stop you from trying. I would never have encountered so many opportunities if I hadn't reached out to people and been bold. Go out and get experience. Keep yourself busy. But don't forget to enjoy yourself and take care of yourself along the way!”
