A Relentless Pursuit to Continue to Improve

Dan Jason graduated in 2010 with a degree in Religious Studies, going on to earn his Masters in Education.
He's currently the Associate Director of Operations of NOVUS Clothing Company & Director of EF3, an organization that uses education, faith, fitness, & finance to improve the lives of all they meet.

He shared some of his keys to professional success: "Through self discovery, a relentless pursuit to continue to improve, and by seeking out challenges throughout my life I have been able to achieve success as a professional. I attribute my success to continuously setting goals, putting in hard work daily, and being prepared when opportunities have come my way."

He shared some advice with his fellow Phins as well: "As you begin to enter the working world, I encourage you to stay open minded, seek out a career that is connected to or allows you to foster your passions, and be willing to take risks because real growth comes by going outside of our comfort zone. Each of these factors has led me to work a number of impactful jobs, to better myself as a professional in my respective field, and meet some incredible people along the way. Stay focused, be true to who you are, and know that you have great things to offer our world. You have what it takes to be successful and it's yours for the taking.  My Jesuit education on the Heights as a Dolphin prepared me for things I never expected. You never know where life will take you, but if you stay open, keep after it, and follow your heart, you will enjoy the journey."
