Before you apply, you must schedule an initial call with a member of the HARC team to discuss your eligibility and to receive an overview of the program. You can also check your eligibility by using our selection criteria form. These criteria are very strict, and we make almost no exceptions. It is important to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting an application form.

Applications must be completed and submitted for consideration before participants can receive resources from the HARC. All applications will be reviewed by the Director and Associate Director. All selected participants are required to schedule an in-depth career advising meeting with the Director/ Associate Director before a final admission decision is rendered. The purpose of this meeting is to assess the participants goals and how the HARC can best assist them.

Your own readiness, prior preparation or exam experience, the timeliness of obtaining your necessary certifications, as well as the predetermined schedules for exams and/or program admission deadlines will contribute to your duration as a participant with the Healthcare Advancement Resource Center.
