John Flaver

Clarinetist John Flaver earned a Bachelor of Music from Temple University and a Master of Music degree from the Catholic University of America. John is a former member of the United States Army Band “Pershing’s Own” in Washington, D.C., the Syracuse Symphony Orchestra, and the Lake Placid Center Orchestra. John performs often as a member of The Highland Winds, based in Syracuse, N.Y. John also served as a visiting lecturer in clarinet at Ithaca College. John has also taught clarinet at Onondaga Community College and directed their Wind Ensemble.
