Dr. Hayman received her PhD in Organizational Behavior from the University of Arkansas, where she was recognized as a Distinguished Doctoral Fellow. Her research interests center around diversity, equity, and inclusion, with published work in the Journal of Management and multiple projects currently under review at similarly esteemed journals. Dr. Hayman is thrilled to be joining the Management and Leadership Department and looks forward to finding her new home in the Heights!
