Information Systems Excelling on the Heights
Choose one of three optional concentrations to add cutting-edge, industry-led and career-enhancing content to your study while earning a full MSIS degree.
The MSIS Program
Our 33-credit hour MSIS degree requires core courses (18 credit hours) and a capstone research/project course (3 credit hours). If you do not pursue a concentration, you will also need to compete elective courses (12 credit hours). Otherwise, you'll take concentration courses (9 credit hours) and an elective (3 credit hours). The program is a "HYFLEX" format, allowing you to attend class in-person, virtually, synchronously or asynchronously. You can also study full-time or part-time, with program completion in as little as one calendar year.
MSIS Concentrations
Choose from artificial intelligence, business intelligence or digital marketing to enhance your degree. Artificial Intelligence provides hands-on skill development in robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, deep learning and Python coding, among other things. Business Intelligence provides hands-on experience with the tools and methods important for data-driven decision-making. Digital Marketing is designed for students who wish to pursue a more well-rounded digital marketing career.
MSIS Courses
The MSIS curriculum is designed to develop highly educated information and computer systems professionals, particularly those responsible for information systems development and management.
MSIS Immersive Research Opportunities
Research Fellows work closely with a Le Moyne faculty mentor while conducting hands-on research in information systems, either on campus at Le Moyne or in the field.
