It also offers a platform to tell timeless stories and share your unique gifts and talents with the world.
Studying theatre as an undergraduate, you’ll broaden your knowledge of culture, art and history and build your confidence, creativity and compassion. Just step into character and you’ll see the world through someone else’s eyes.
In this interdisciplinary program, you’ll train in performance, design and technical skills and put what you learn into the spotlight. The Theatre Arts Department stages several productions each year in our W. Carroll Coyne Center for the Performing Arts and Black Box Theatre. Beyond campus and the local community, you can practice your craft by studying abroad in Italy, Ireland and other destinations around the globe.

Theatre Arts Undergraduate Degrees

In addition to the liberal arts curriculum, you will study musical theatre, acting, live sound, arts administration, stage management, choreography and more.
