Accepted A-DDPN Students

Le Moyne and SJCON require an official transcript showing proof of an earned bachelor’s degree and all outstanding prerequisites to be on file prior to enrollment.

If you received your bachelor’s degree during the application process, be sure to submit an official final transcript showing your earned bachelor’s degree.

If you submitted unofficial documents for the admission process, you will need to produce official documents before classes start.

If you earned your bachelor’s degree from Le Moyne College, we will acquire the transcript for you.

If you have had any changes to your address, phone or other contact information since applying to the college, please email your updates to admission@lemoyne.edu.

After you have completed the reply form accepting your offer of admission, you will hear from the IT Service Desk at the email address supplied on your application for admission. This email will include your student ID, Le Moyne email (studentID@lemoyne.edu) and temporary password with instructions for activating this important login information. Be sure to set up your Le Moyne account as soon as you receive the notice from IT – Please note that you may not receive this information until the middle of the spring semester.

If you previously had a Le Moyne account and you no longer have access or have forgotten the password, please contact the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@lemoyne.edu or at (315) 445-4579.

Once your login information is established, you can secure a Student ID card. Student IDs are issued from the Office of Campus Life located on the second level of the Campus Center.

New students to Le Moyne are required by the college and New York State Public Health Law to provide proof of specific immunizations. The required forms must be completed to enroll in the program. Students who do not submit this paperwork will incur a $2,000.00 fine and risk being de-enrolled in their program.

These health forms MUST be uploaded to both Le Moyne’s Patient Portal and also into St. Joseph’s CastleBranch accounts before you start your program.

Le Moyne Health Form Requirements:

A-DDPN students must upload their health forms into the Le Moyne’s Dolphin Health Patient Portal. Your login for the Le Moyne Patient Portal is the same username/password as your College email. Question on the portal can be directed to the Wellness Center for Health and Counseling at Le Moyne (315-445-4440 or healthservices@lemoyne.edu).

St. Joseph’s Health Form Requirements:

A-DDPN students must also upload their health forms into the student’s St. Joseph’s Castlebranch account which the students will create.

If you haven’t already, you will receive details from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing to complete and upload your health records into your CastleBranch account.

You will be contacted directly by your academic department to complete your course registration. Note that all communication from the nursing department will be sent to your Le Moyne email. Please ensure you address any phone or email communications from the college promptly to avoid delays in your registration.

Tuition and fees are due prior to the start of each semester/session. Tuition for the 2024-2025 academic year is $820 per credit hour. Information about your bill and payment plans is available in Phinfo. You may also contact the Bursar’s Office at bursar@lemoyne.edu or 315-445-4350.
