Global Voices Film Series – Boy and the World

Feeling the absence of his Father, a Boy leaves behind his quiet life in his village and Mother in search of him, only to discover a world filled with strange people and machinery through his multi-colored and abstract eyes. (Brazil, 2015). Directed by Alê Abreu, the film will be introduced by Whitney Wood, assistant professor of psychology. The Global Voices Film Series is sponsored by the Departments of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures; Communication & Film Studies; and Global Affairs. All movies will be are screened at 7 p.m. in room 244 of Reilly Hall.
