Two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist John Archibald and Le Moyne Journalist-in-Residence Sean Kirst will share the story of how two columnists, one from Alabama and one from Syracuse, became close friends at a moment of

for more than 50 years, is a recipient of the Ernie Pyle Award, one of the
highest narrative-writing honors in American journalism. He is currently
a metropolitan columnist for the Buffalo News.
