Zambian Jesuit to Present Lanigan Lecture, Celebrate Mass

Kelly Michelo, S.J. will present a lecture titled ‘Quenching Thirst in Rural Zambia-A Lenten 2025 Appeal’ as part of the Lanigan Lecture Series in Panasci Family Chapel on Monday, March 31 at 12:30 p.m. A lunch will follow in the Campus Ministry Office.

Father Michelo is a Zambian Jesuit priest who is currently a doctoral student in public affairs at the University of Baltimore. He previously served as school president of St. Ignatius College, a Jesuit secondary school in Lusaka, Zambia.

He will celebrate Mass on Sunday, March 30 at 7 p.m. in the Panasci Family Chapel. A reception will follow with light refreshments in the Drescher Community Room.
