Why a Retreat?

Offered through the Office of Campus Ministry, retreats provide students with opportunities to unplug from daily life, giving them the time and space for reflection. Within this space, you will open ourselves to rekindle relationships with God, ourselves and others.

For more information on our retreat program, please contact Campus Ministry.

What kind of programs are offered?

Connections
The Connections Retreat is an annual retreat just for our first-year students. You’ll connect with peers and student leaders, staying overnight at the Jesuit Villa on Cazenovia Lake. You’ll have the chance to reflect on where you’ve been and where you want to go during your time on the Heights. At each Connections Retreat, you’ll explore various themes through a series of talks, group discussions, relaxation and fun!

Kairos
Literally meaning “God’s Time,” our Kairos Retreat is rooted in Ignatian Spirituality and open to students of all faiths. You’ll experience a weekend of self-reflection, group discussion, connecting with your fellow Phins, faith, talks and the chance to disconnect from everyday life. We find the chance to unplug keeps students coming back each year.

Senior Retreat
Part of your Senior Week schedule, the Senior Retreat will bring you together with the friends you’ve made over the past four years. You’ll all connect with each other and reflect on your time at Le Moyne. You’ll also share your hopes and goals for the future.
