Move In Day has changed over the years but the help of the OC will always be a constant! From the 1989 Black Robe: “Every college student recalls his or her first day of college and the overwhelming anxiety of being submersed in a completely unfamiliar environment. Well, here at Le Moyne there is a group of energetic upperclassmen dedicated to easing the worries of moving in and who help welcome incoming students: the Orientation Committee. Although they may seem overwhelming in their tie-dyed shirts as they yell, cheer and empty student’s vehicles, the OC is always out to help and create an everlasting impression for students on their first day at Le Moyne.”
