In the 2025 Wall Street Journal (WSJ)/College Pulse rankings, Le Moyne College is #267, placing it in the top 7% of the more than 4,000 institutions in the United States.

The College was also ranked #117 in the social mobility category, which acknowledges institutions that take higher proportions of students from lower-income families while maintaining high graduation rates, positively impacting graduate salaries and minimizing college costs. Le Moyne was the sixth-highest private institution in New York state on the social mobility list.

The annual WSJ/College Pulse college rankings are based on the learning environment, years to pay off the net price, degree completion rates, the likelihood of higher salaries post-graduation and diversity. The results are derived from official data from the U.S. Department of Education and the Census Bureau and a nationwide survey of undergraduate students and recent alumni who graduated within the past five years.

The rankings were developed and executed in collaboration with research partners College Pulse and Statista. In one of the largest-ever independent surveys of verified college students in the U.S., College Pulse, in cooperation with The Wall Street Journal and Statista, anonymously surveyed around 110,000 undergraduates and recent undergraduate alumni. Learn more here.
