–As an undergraduate student on the Heights, you’ll get the mentorship, scholarship, internship and employment support all college students hope for – we promise.
Le Moyne’s Promise Program offers you an education based on affordability, academic and skill development, accessibility, diversity and care of your body and mind.
All Le Moyne undergraduate students are eligible to participate in the Promise Program, and you’ll continue to qualify for the program’s benefits through your time at Le Moyne as long as you:

- Maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA
- Engage with Career Advising early and often
- Complete the Promise Program – Career Conversations in Canvas
- Reflect, Explore, Prepare and Pursue, with the support of Career Advising and others you meet

Mentorship
Being a student at Le Moyne means thinking forward, discovering who you are, acting on your values, and pursuing a meaningful life. It's challenging, to be sure, but on the Heights you're never alone on this journey. As you grow into the person you were meant to be, the Career Conversations program helps you build connections in your field of interest by linking you with professionals from the Le Moyne network. These professionals are eager to support, mentor and guide you by answering career-related questions, ensuring you're prepared for your future. Conversations like these can truly shape your path (and grow your professional network!)
Internship
Internships are an integral part of your personal and professional development, and we will work with you to strategically seek opportunities to propel your career forward. Our Career Advising office, and the Promise Program class in Canvas, will support you through it all.
Mock Interview
We will help build your confidence and help you better understand how to make a positive, lasting impact during interviews. To be eligible, create a Handshake profile and complete the Promise Program Canvas class - Reflect, Explore, Prepare and Pursue modules.
