The Gifford Family Theatre, in residence at Le Moyne College’s W. Carroll Coyne Center for the Performing Arts, is Central New York’s premier theatre for young audiences. Believing that the arts are crucial to the development of children and their future participation in our community, the Gifford Family Theatre is committed to providing professional theatre to children and families, with affordable public performances and school matinees. The Gifford Family Theatre’s mission is to enrich, empower, and entertain young audiences through the creation of innovative, high caliber theatre. We regard the cultural education of our young people as our greatest priority.

Dragons Love Tacos

The Gifford Family Theatre 2025 May/June show will be DRAGONS LOVE TACOS by Ernie Nolan, based on the book by Adam Rubin with illustrations by Daniel Salmieri and published by Penguin Group. Guess what Dragons really love? Tacos, of course! But if they accidentally eat spicy salsa…watch out! What could go wrong when you give a dragon spicy salsa? EVERYTHING!
