How to report a technology issue on campus:

  1. Call the IT Helpdesk at x4579 (if after hours, please leave a message)
  2. E-mail the IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@lemoyne.edu
  3. Enter a ticket at https://helpdesk.lemoyne.edu (available through any device with internet access)

Your request will be submitted to Information Technology via email upon clicking the submit button below. You will receive a confirmation email from IT upon our receipt. The service will then be assigned to the appropriate area within IT and you will be notified via email of the schedule of completion of the request.
