After you have completed the reply form accepting your offer of admission, you will hear from the IT Service Desk at the email address supplied on your application for admission. This email will include your student ID and temporary password with instructions for activating this important login information. Please note that you may not receive this information until the middle of the spring semester.
If you previously had a Le Moyne account and you no longer have access or have forgotten the password, please contact the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@lemoyne.edu or at (315) 445-4579.
Once your login information is established, you can secure a Student ID card. Student IDs are issued from the Office of Campus Life located on the second level of the Campus Center (click here for a map).
Due to impacts from COVID-19, this office is primarily working remotely. Students can now request their Student ID using this form. Upon completing this form you will be mailed a ID Card for your use. ID Cards are helpful in accessing library services/databases and students are highly encouraged to request one for their needs.
New students to Le Moyne are required by the college and New York State Public Health Law to provide proof of specific immunizations. The required forms must be completed to enroll at the College. Students who do not submit this paperwork will incur a fine and risk being de-enrolled in their program.
Nursing students must complete the health clearance process through Castle Branch. Detailed requirements and instructions on how to complete these requirements will be sent to your college email address.
EXTREMELY Important: If you haven't already, you will receive details from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing to complete and upload your health records into a Castle Branch account which you will create. NYS law mandates that all students attending any college/university must supply their required health records including immunizations to the institution. These records MUST be uploaded into Castle Branch BEFORE you start your program at Le Moyne and St. Joseph’s. Please contact St. Joseph’s College of Nursing with any questions regarding your Castle Branch account.
You will be contacted directly by your academic department to complete your course registration. Please ensure you address any phone or email communications from the college promptly to avoid delays in your registration.
Le Moyne College participates in federal student aid at the graduate level. Students who would like to consult with a Financial Aid Officer regarding their ability to secure student aid through FAFSA should contact the Office of Financial Aid.
Many graduate students also look to take advantage of the college payment plan. This program, facilitated by Cashnet, is for students who want to pay for their tuition over the course of a semester. To learn more about our payment plan options, please visit or contact the
