Le Moyne College Hosts Winter Music Festival

Le Moyne College String Ensemble – Travis Newton, director<br />
Le Moyne College Wind Ensemble – J.C. Sanford, director<br />
Le Moyne College Brass Ensemble – Jeffrey Gray, director<br />

Le Moyne College Jazz Ensemble – J.C. Sanford, director<br />
Young Lions of Central New York – Joe Colombo, director<br />
An evening of jazz standards, with original tunes and arrangements by Perez and Sanford. Perez will perform solo, in a small ensemble with J.C. Sanford and the Young Lions of Central New York, and as a soloist with the Le Moyne College Jazz Ensemble.<br />

Central New York premiere of Tan Dun’s “Ghost Opera.” Tan Dun is the Oscar-winning composer of the soundtrack to “Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon,” as well as music director of the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing.<br />
