On Tuesday, March 4th, information regarding the new voice mail system, along with set up instructions, will be emailed to faculty and staff members who currently have a Le Moyne voice mailbox.
To prepare for the mid-March transition to the new voice mail system, please review the setup instructions and enable your new voice mailbox no later than Friday, March 14th. Offices that currently use menu-tree type mailboxes will be contacted individually with additional details.
As a reminder, we ask that you review your saved voicemail messages on the current system and manually note any important information that you wish to preserve. You’ll need to write out this information because voicemail messages cannot be transferred from the current system to the new system.
